Buddha was giving teachings according to his students’ skills – this way many traditions, schools and styles of practice were created. Diamond Way (skt. Vajrayāna) consists of the highest Buddha’s teachings, which goal is to use the potential present in every situation.
Diamond Way practice is based on three pillars: the view that all beings and phenomena are perfect, the meditation – which transforms this view into direct experience, and the effective action based on the obtained insight. Practicing therefore is not limited to meditation, but is possible in every moment, which is fits the – often very intense – lifestyle of Western people.
